Richard Berman - Executive Chairman

Mr. Berman’s business career spans over 35 years of venture capital, management and merger & acquisitions experience. In the last five years, he has served as a director and/or officer of more than a dozen public and private companies. Mr. Berman is currently Chairman of Nexmed, a small public biotech company; Chairman of National Investment Managers, a public company in pension administration and investment management with over $10 billion in assets under administration; and Chairman of Fortress Technology Systems, Plc a UK based public company (secure network communications). Mr. Berman is also a director of five other public companies: Morlex, Inc., Broadcaster, Inc., EasyLink Services International Corp., NeoStem, Inc., and Advaxis, Inc Previously, Mr. Berman worked at Goldman Sachs; was Senior Vice President of Bankers Trust Company, where he started the M&A and Leveraged Buyout Departments; created the largest battery company in the world by merging Prestolite, General Battery and Exide to form Exide Technologies (XIDE); and advised on over $4 billion of M&A transactions He is a past Director of the NYU Stern School of Business where he obtained his BS and MBA. Mr. Berman also has U.S. and foreign law degrees from Boston College and The Hague Academy of International Law, respectively.


Rich Keyes - Director (*)

Mr. Keyes is the principal of Keyes Capital Group, a merchant banking company formed in 1993. Keyes Capital has been involved in securitizations, debt restructuring and capital raising for various public and private companies. Currently, he is CEO of Merus Solutions, Inc., a San Diego based customer relationship management software company. Previously, Mr. Keyes opened the West Coast mortgage securities trading office of Daiwa Securities and served as it managing Director. Mr. Keyes received his MBA from the University of Southern California and his BBA from the University of Iowa


E. Chadwick Mooney - Director (*)

Chad has 32 years experience working for Wall Street companies. He worked for 18 years with Citigroup. Chad helped build the 8th largest practice at Smith Barney and managed over $3 billion. Mr. Mooney chaired the Director Advisory Group for 3 years. He worked very closely with Jamie Dimon, current CEO of JP Morgan Chase and helped sell U.S. Filter to Vivendi for $8.5 billion in cash. Chad is Chairman and CEO of The Spectrum Place in Dallas, TX, and Director of Clear Choice Financial in Scottsdale, AZ and is a Director for Next Image Medical in San Diego, CA and holds a Series 7 and 24 licenses. He is also a member of the University Board of Pepperdine University in Malibu, CA./


Ronald Loshin – Director(*)

Ronald Loshin is the chairman and founder of BLC Associates, an auto finance and lease consultancy. Mr. Loshin is well-versed in all aspects of the auto finance market such as subprime financing, auto auctions and vehicle wholesale values, auto manufacturer captive finance companies and the auto receivables market. Mr. Loshin, a specialist in the investment banking aspects, is an advisor to many start-up businesses serving the auto finance, leasing and remarketing related industries. He is an expert in portfolio assessment, risk analysis, strategic analysis, industry trends and performance, litigation support, compliance, securitization, manufacturer subvention, captive finance company performance, credit and residual risk management, vehicle remarketing, . Mr. Loshin holds a degree from the Stern Business School at NYU, a graduate degree from London School of Economics and held a post-doctoral fellowship from University of California, Berkeley, Department of Economics.


Tom Ulie – Director (*)

Mr. Ulie, a Chartered Financial Analyst, has been in the investment field for more than 30 years, and is currently CEO of First Island Capital, Inc., a West Coast-based NASD broker-dealer firm. Mr. Ulie also serves as a director of a number of medical companies and has wide-ranging experience in the investment community, having worked in investment banking, money management and research. Prior to First Island Capital, Mr. Ulie was a Senior Managing Director for the Stanford Company, a NYSE member firm. Prior to that, Mr. Ulie was an Associate Director of Bear Stearns.
